“Can my team finish their qualifications in less than 12 months?”

In short...no!

The government have set a minimum length of stay at 12 months for apprenticeship programmes, with most qualifications actually being around 15-18 months long.

It might seem like a big commitment but, the programmes are designed like this to help embed learning and support opportunities to develop skills over time.
