This role will grow into covering all aspects of finance department, including purchase ledger, bank reconciliation and monthly management accounts. Task list / Job Description

Duties will include, but not limited to;

Supporting with the monthly management account preparation.
Assisting with bank reconciliations.
Managing the purchase ledger.
Process invoices and credit notes through capture or batching. 
Match invoices to PO’s.
Dispute invoices and credit notes. 
Pay suppliers for invoices and credit notes on time. 
Answer the phone for accounts queries. 
Reconcile supplier accounts to statements. 
Respond to email queries in a timely manner. 
Open the post in the office. 
Cover sales ledger when required.

Full training will be given in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability.

You'll have four Level 3 AAT exams including advanced bookkeeping, Final Accounts Preparation, and more
Modules covering Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours in Finance
You'll have a personal tutor to guide you through your training
You will attend 1:1 sessions with your tutor every 2/3 weeks
End Point Assessment (online)
Occasional group classes with other learners
Access to MyAAT for learning material
